Project Administrator

Job Description

As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for various administrative projects within the business. These duties may include documentation & communication, meeting management, handling the project budget, and using time management skills to help the team stay on track. 

Objectives
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, which includes administrative tasks, and all sites involved in the project.
  • Participate in & coordinate team meetings.
  • Maintain project calendars.
  • Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all project goals, timelines and progress.
  • Track project changes.
  • Documentation and reporting of internal project activities, audit trails and customer reporting.
  • Collect and include contributions of the team.
  • Communicate and take input to develop and maintain the detailed schedules.
  • Assist to identify and manage potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Manage regulatory compliance and aligning projects to security bet practices. 
Required skills and qualifications
  • Work experience as a project administrator, project coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of project management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Working Conditions
  • Full time position that typically requires working during normal business hours
  • The position is based in an office environment and occasional remote work possible
